We order all the time and live 5 mins in car from Ginos, yet tonight they rang me and was sat on Calvert lane, nowhere near and incorrect postcode!????? We then received it 50 mins late and was freezing cold and salad soggy.! When the driver rang and said where they were I told him it was wrong and I wanted fresh as knew the food would be awful! He clearly just brought it straight to us once we told him he was say somewhere completely different with the wrong postcode! This was for my children otherwise would have returned there and then, but they were already starving as so late!

Disappointingly very cold on arrival, so food wasn't great. Not sure if it had been in a car too long or not in an insulated bag! Never ever had an issue before.

Excellent food and speedy delivery! May I add tho the chips are way better in the bags than the polystyrene trays (they don't go soggy!) As for the onion ring 10/10 best ever!!!! Pizzas top notch. Never had a bad one!

Used Gino’s for a long time. Is, food is always superb, if you’re thinking of ordering on-line, very easy to do, and normally comes in a kit half an hour and always hot.
